Set Up - If you opted in to help set up, please be at Portland Adventist Academy by 9am Thursday, 8/5/21. Lunch & Dinner will be provided for those helping with set up. We will send out separate reminders to those who signed up for this.

Orientation/Training - Thursday, 8/5/2021 at 7pm at Portland Adventist Academy. We will start checking people in and handing out name badges and vests at 6pm. Please plan to attend.

Clothing - We encourage all volunteers to wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes for their own protection. Medical professionals should wear scrubs, if possible, and long pants are advisable for all. There may be bio-waste splashing, instruments falling, and tables to set up so come prepared and dressed to work.

Maps - Below you will find an exterior map to show you where you will need to park. Volunteer check-in will be in the administration hallway through the main entrance. Please go there immediately upon arrival during clinic days.

Thursday, August 5, 2021
7-9 pm Orientation/Volunteer Training Meeting in the outside patient waiting area on the east side of the gym
Volunteers pick up IYHP vests
Meet with Department Directors after meeting for training

On Clinic Days Friday, August 6 and Sunday, August 8
Breakfast for Volunteers served from 6-7 am
Devotional for all Volunteers at 6:30 am in the outside patient waiting area
Volunteers be at their stations at 6:50 am, ready to see patients at: Patient Registration, Medical Clearance, Dental Triage
Lunch for Volunteers served from 11am-1pm
