Set Up - If you opted in to help set up, please be at Portland Adventist Academy by 9am Thursday, 7/7/2022. Lunch & Dinner will be provided for those helping with set up. We will send out separate reminders to those who signed up for this.

Orientation/Training - Please plan to join us Thursday, July 7 at 6 pm at Portland Adventist Academy. We will start checking people in and handing out name badges and vests at 5pm.
This is a crucial meeting for all volunteers to attend.

Clothing - We encourage all volunteers to wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes for their own protection. Medical professionals should wear scrubs. Long pants are advisable for all. There may be bio-waste splashing, instruments falling, and tables to set up so come prepared and dressed to work.

Maps - Below you will find an exterior map to show you where you will need to park. Volunteer check-in will be in the administration hallway through the main entrance. Please go there immediately upon arrival during clinic days.

This will be in the outside patient waiting area on the east side of the gym.

Meet with your Department Director

Pick up your IYHP vest

Friday, July 8 and Sunday, July 10
6-7 amBreakfast served for Volunteers
6:30 am - Devotional for all Volunteers in the patient waiting area
6:50 am - Volunteers be at their stations ready for patients 
11am - 1pm Lunch for Volunteers
